Refund & Return Policy
Parent Prime

At Parent Prime, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is incomplete or missing parts

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Parent Prime reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Products without original packaging

  • Discounted or promotional items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Change of mind purchases (unless specifically approved)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number and clear pictures/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be transferred via bank transfer or original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong product delivered

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Parent Prime reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.


7. Refused COD Orders

Customers who repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery orders without valid reason may be restricted from placing future COD orders.


8. Governing Law

This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
